Gabriela Agatiello is the Head of Programmes and Policy at ICMC Europe, where she leads the development and coordination of the Share Network—an inclusive, multi-stakeholder network that supports the creation of safe pathways for refugees and fosters the inclusion and integration of newcomers in Europe. At ICMC, she manages initiatives focused on migrant and refugee integration, participation, safe protection pathways, and integration strategies tailored to small communities and rural areas.

With extensive experience in managing EU-funded migration projects, Gabriela has also contributed to EU policy and advocacy on social inclusion and labour rights for various organisations. Her work extends beyond Europe, with experience in Canada’s immigration and refugee sector and community development projects in Latin America. Gabriela holds a master’s degree in political science and social work, as well as a post-graduate diploma in migration management and community development.
